Clinic service
When something is off, call us first. We hold time every day for sick pets.

About this service
Vomiting, a limp, a torn nail, an itchy ear that keeps getting worse, a cat who stopped eating: these cannot wait for next month, and you should not have to. Each open day we reserve appointments for sick pets, and we see walk-ins during open hours whenever the schedule allows.
Call ahead if you can. A technician will ask a few questions, tell you whether to come straight in, and get a room ready. With our lab and X-ray on site, most urgent visits end with a diagnosis and a plan the same day.
Trouble breathing, repeated vomiting, a swollen belly, collapse, seizures, suspected poisoning or a pet who cannot urinate. During open hours, call and a technician will advise the next step.
After closing, calls reach a recorded message naming the closest emergency hospital. We check in the next morning and can take over care from there if you like.
A technician checks breathing, gums, temperature and pain level right away, so the sickest pets are seen first. You will get an honest idea of the wait, and someone will update you if it changes.
Upset stomachs, ear and skin flare-ups, limping, small cuts, eye irritation, urinary trouble, allergic swelling and pets who got into something they should not have. Most of these are handled in a single visit with a clear plan for home.
We call or text a day or two later to see how your pet is doing. If things are not improving, we book a recheck at no extra exam fee within the following week, and your usual doctor sees the notes. Urgent visits never replace the regular checkup, so we will also remind you when that is due.
