Marisol Vega

Marisol has spent fourteen years learning how different bodies hold stress, from nurses coming off night shifts to new parents who have forgotten what sitting still feels like. Her sessions are calm, attentive and famously well paced.

She leads our Swedish Flow and Warm Stone programmes and trains every new therapist in the way we open a session: listen first, then work.
