- Memory care support wing with its own courtyard
- Daily shuttle to shops and appointments

Discover
Heathcote Cedar Terrace
Built in 2021, Cedar Terrace offers one and two-bedroom apartments around a landscaped plaza, with a lounge, library and fitness studio on the ground floor and a walking loop that circles the whole property.
- Apartments with full kitchens and balconies
- Ground-floor studio, library and bistro
- Optional support you can add as needs change

Discover
Heathcote Juniper Court
Juniper Court is our north Portland home: smaller, warmer and known for its therapy gym, where short-stay guests rebuild strength after a hospital visit before heading home or settling in for longer.
- Therapy gym with visiting physical therapists
- Furnished short-stay suites
- Small household dining, twelve tables

Words From Residents
Hear it from the people who live and visit here
I came for six weeks after my knee surgery and stayed for the people.

The staff remember how Dad takes his coffee. That small thing means a lot.

I still cook my own breakfast, and someone checks in every single day.

Mum looks forward to the Tuesday garden club more than anything else.

Moving here was easier than I feared. My room felt like mine in a week.

The pool class is the best hour of my week, and I never thought I would swim again.

Questions about our communities
What to expect when you visit, and how to choose.
Apartment living suits people who manage daily life on their own and want company, meals and maintenance taken care of. Assisted living adds hands-on help with things like bathing, dressing and medications, with staff on site around the clock.
Yes. Tours run seven days a week, and we encourage staying for a meal. Call the community or use the tour form and we will set a time that suits you and anyone you would like to bring.
We start with a conversation and a care assessment, then give you a written monthly rate that lists what is included. We can walk you through payment options, including long-term care insurance and veterans benefits where they apply.
We do. Respite and recovery stays run from a few nights to several weeks in furnished suites, with the same meals, activities and support as long-term residents.
Please do. Familiar furniture, photos and keepsakes help a suite feel like home. Our move-in coordinator will share a floor plan so you can plan what fits.
Yes. Our in-home care team visits across the Portland metro area for anything from a weekly check-in to daily personal care, and visits can increase or decrease as needs change.
