About Ashworth
Six agents, one office, eighteen years
A Scottsdale brokerage built on measured rooms, written notes and advice you can repeat to a friend.

Small team, careful work
Claire Ashworth opened the brokerage in 2008 with one desk and a simple rule: describe every home as you would to a friend. Eighteen years later the team is larger, the rule is the same. We measure rooms ourselves, write our own notes, and tell clients what we would want to hear, including the parts that are inconvenient. Most of our work now comes from people we have helped before and the people they send us.

Eighteen years on these streets.
We have sold homes in forty-two neighborhoods across the valley, from Old Town lofts to hillside estates. That history means we know which streets flood in monsoon season and which HOAs answer the phone.

Questions about Ashworth
Claire Ashworth opened the brokerage in 2008 with one desk in Old Town. The office has moved once, to Saguaro Bend, and the way we work has not changed.
Six agents, each with a focus: hillside homes, seller preparation, buyer negotiation, investment, relocation and property management. Claire reviews every pricing recommendation personally.
Yes, often. First purchases get the same written plan, tour sheets and inspection review as any other, with more time spent explaining each step.
Yes. Walk in during weekday office hours, or book ahead for a longer meeting so the right agent is in.
