Daniel Cho joined Willowmere in 2018 as a nurse on the assisted living wing and moved into the Resident Care Manager role in 2022. He schedules the care team, checks in on new residents every day during their first month and runs the short-stay program.
He describes his job as noticing small things early: a resident who has stopped coming to breakfast, a walker that needs adjusting, a daughter who looks worried at the front desk. He would rather have ten short conversations than one difficult one later.
When he is not on the wing, Daniel coaches the staff softball team, which has lost to the kitchen crew three seasons running.
