The Ivy One-Bedroom has a living room big enough for a sofa, two chairs and a bookcase, a galley kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and a separate bedroom with a walk-in closet. Many face the oak grove on the north side of campus, and every apartment has its own thermostat and washer and dryer.

What living here looks like

Independent living residents come and go as they please. The apartment includes a monthly dining credit at the Hearth and the Porch bistro, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation to shopping and appointments, and every class, club and outing on the calendar. If help is needed later, home care support can come to the apartment.
