Questions

Questions about our care

If your question is about a specific visit, each care page has its own answers too.

Ask us: (555) 214-0186
How do I know which visit to book?

Use the list above as a guide, or just call. Tasha asks a few questions and books the right length of visit. If two things are due, we combine them into one appointment.

Do you see animals other than dogs and cats?

No. We focus on dogs and cats only. For rabbits, birds and other pets we are happy to suggest a local practice that sees them.

Do you do surgery?

We do routine spays, neuters, dental extractions and small lump removals under monitored anesthesia. For complex surgery we refer you to a trusted surgical practice nearby and stay in touch throughout.

Can I get an estimate before I book?

Yes. Call and we will give you the exam fee and a typical range for anything you are expecting. Every visit also comes with a written estimate before any extra tests or treatment.
