What we collect when you use this site or visit us, and what we do with it. Short version: only what we need, never sold.

What we collect
- Details you send through our forms: your name, phone, email, your pet's name and species, and your message.
- Your pet's medical records, once you become a client, and payment details at the front desk.
- Basic, anonymous site statistics such as which pages are visited.
How we use it
To book and confirm visits, send reminders you have asked for, request records from your previous clinic and run the practice. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for outside advertising.
Who sees it
Our team, and the services we need to run the practice, such as our appointment and reminder systems and outside laboratories, each only for the job they do for us. We share records with another veterinary practice or emergency hospital when you ask us to, or when your pet's care needs it.
How long we keep it
Medical records are kept as long as North Carolina rules require. Form messages that do not become appointments are deleted after twelve months.
Your choices
