Caleb joined Wrenfold in 2020 after two years at a boarding and daycare facility in Chesterfield, where he learned how much a slow introduction and a pocket of treats can change a dog's day.
He runs most of the technician appointments, including vaccine boosters, weight checks, anal gland expression and stitch removal, and he teaches new owners how to trim nails and give pills at home.
His own cat, Moss, is nineteen and still supervises from the top of the refrigerator.

How our team works
A technician reads your pet's chart before you arrive, so you are not asked the same questions twice.
Doctors share a weekly case round, so a second set of eyes looks at anything that is not improving.
One named person follows up after surgery, sick visits and new medications, by phone or text, your choice.
Staff train together every month on handling, pain scoring and anesthesia monitoring.

A carrier routine that makes the vet visit calmer
Leave it out, make it smell like home and cover it in the car. A week of practice changes the whole visit.
Brushing a puppy's teeth in thirty seconds a night
Start early, keep it short and stop while your puppy is still happy. Here is the routine we teach at puppy visits.
Book a visit for your pet
Share your pet's name and why you would like to come in, and the front desk will offer the next opening that suits you.
