New patients

New here? Start with this

Welcome to Wrenfold. Here is how the first visit works, which papers help and how we move your pet's records from another clinic, at no charge.

The first visit

One longer exam, then a plan

Your first visit is booked for thirty minutes with one of our doctors. A technician weighs your pet and goes through its history with you, then the doctor examines your pet from nose to tail, reviews past records and vaccines, and talks through anything you have noticed at home. You leave with a written summary and a short list of what is due.

If you are moving from another clinic, use the form below and our front desk will ask your old clinic for the records. Most arrive within two business days, and the doctor reads them before you come in. Call (555) 316-4820 if you would rather set it up by phone.

Thanks. Because this is a demo site nothing was sent; a working clinic site would contact your previous vet today.
