Puppies need a visit every three to four weeks until their boosters are done, and those visits arrive just as a new owner has a hundred small questions. The puppy plan spreads the cost of that first year across twelve equal payments and puts every booster visit, four full doctor exams and a fecal test on the calendar before you leave the first appointment. You also get our technicians on the phone for the little things: house training, chewing, crate time and how much food is too much.

How the year is scheduled

Your first visit is a full exam with a doctor, a weight check, the first booster in the series and a fecal test. We book the next three boosters before you go. Around five months, we talk through spay or neuter timing for your breed and size, and at the last visit we hand you a printed record you can take to daycare, groomers and boarding.

The monthly fee covers the visits listed on the schedule above. Medications, parasite prevention products, surgery and sick visits are billed separately, with a 10% plan member discount on most of them.
