The people who care for them
Doctors, technicians and the client care team who keep Wrenfold running, most of them on staff a long time. Expect to see these faces at every visit.

What our team promises
Charts read before you arrive
Your pet's history is reviewed before the appointment, so the visit picks up where the last one ended and you are not asked to repeat the same story to three different people.
Handling that lowers stress
Every staff member trains in low-stress handling, from the scale in the lobby to the last treat at checkout, and we would rather take a slower route than force a frightened pet.
Two doctors on hard cases
Any case that is not improving goes to a weekly round where both doctors look at it together, so a second opinion is built into the routine rather than something you have to request.
Discharge notes you can use
Notes are written for owners, not for other vets: doses, dates, what to watch for and when to call, set out in short lines you can stick on the fridge.
Questions welcome between visits
The nursing team answers calls and emails between appointments, and most questions get a reply the same working day from someone who can see your pet's chart.
Faces your pet already knows
Most of the team has been here for years, so your pet meets people it recognizes and you talk to someone who remembers the last visit and what was decided.
About the people behind the desk
Clients mention our technicians and front desk by name more often than anything else. Here are a few of those notes.
Client notes are examples written for this demo.
Asha phoned me the minute Bear woke up from surgery and again that evening. I did not have to wonder for one second.
Caleb showed my son how to trim our puppy's nails. Now it is a Sunday routine instead of a wrestling match.
Lucia chased down three years of records from our old clinic in Ohio. I just filled in one form.
Grace walked me through the payment options for Pepper's surgery before I had to ask.
Book a visit for your pet
Share your pet's name and why you would like to come in, and the front desk will offer the next opening that suits you.
