Cedar Bluff
Forty-two homesites on a wooded bluff, with trails down to the creek.
Cedar Bluff is our smaller community: forty-two homesites along a limestone ridge off the 360 corridor. Lots average a third of an acre, and many keep their mature cedar elms and live oaks. The streets follow the contours, so most homes look across the valley rather than at their neighbors.
Plans here range from 2,640 to 4,200 sq ft, mostly single story, with walk-out lower levels on the steeper lots.
A ridge, a creek and a lot of shade
We laid out Cedar Bluff around its trees and drainage. A greenbelt runs along the creek at the bottom of the bluff, and every street connects to it by a trail. The amenity center sits at the high point, with a pool, a shaded pavilion and a lawn for neighborhood events.
